Recently, in the industry, TPE tensile pipe material has unconsciously become the material favored by many manufacturers, so how does TPE tensile pipe material capture the hearts of manufacturers? Today, Xiaobian will take you to understand the "charm" of TPE tension tubes!

TPE tensile tube is one of the products made of TPE material, which is made of SEBS as the main substrate, blended with white oil, and other additives. So why can TPE material become the main material of TPE tension tube? In addition to stable properties, TPE materials also have good temperature resistance, solvent resistance, aging resistance, excellent processing performance, soft touch, and excellent colorability. Energy conservation. Most thermoplastic elastomers do not require vulcanization or have a short vulcanization time, resulting in a significant increase in production efficiency and short molding cycles. It has the high elasticity of rubber and can be processed by direct injection molding.

Guofeng Plastic Industry has been focusing on the research and development and promotion of TPE TPR materials for more than ten years, and has solved the problems of TPE TPR materials for customers with the concept of honesty and pragmatism and win-win cooperation. It has won unanimous praise from customers and friends. Don't forget the original intention, the partners of Guofeng Plastic Industry are willing to make a modest contribution to the development of thermoplastic elasticity!
